Refund Policy
Digital Downloads All digital pattern sales are final. Because pattern files are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you have trouble accessing your download or have a question about a pattern, please reach out at hello@katebrownquilts.com — I'm happy to help.
Physical Products Packaged physical products (including printed patterns, precut fabric bundles, kits, and finished items) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Items showing signs of use, pet hair, smoke, or other damage will not be accepted for return.
Cut-to-order yardage is final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, contact hello@katebrownquilts.com before sending anything back. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders are covered by Kate Brown Quilts.
