Digital Products Digital patterns are delivered as PDF downloads. After your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads any time by logging into your account at katebrownquilts.com. Save the file to your device — links may expire after a set number of uses.

If you have trouble accessing your download, contact hello@katebrownquilts.com and I'll get it sorted out.

Physical Products Physical orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping speed and carrier options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — once an order leaves our hands, transit times are controlled by the carrier.

Kate Brown Quilts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
